Ian Nock is a senior manager, technology and product consultant working in the field of Digital TV and Interactive Solutions/delivery, as the founder of Blackarrow Consulting. He has over 18 years  technology integration, management and delivery experience and 11 years specifically in Digital TV/Broadband Services.
